Cosyone first began as a small project to create a range of timeless and enduring wearables. Central to the brand was the combination of classic products, german craftsmanship and high-quality materials.

PROCESSING
For order please send us an email to: order@cosyone.de with the information of the item(s) you want to order, size and color and of course your address will be importaint.
When you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our german warehouse every friday. Any order placed on friday after 11am will be sent out on the following friday.
We ship domestic orders using DHL as standard shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over 80 Euro. Ground shipping takes around 2 – 5 days to arrive after being picked up by DHL (except on weekends).
PAYMENT
Cosyone accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal and Cash in store.
